Making bulk updates

In WorksIQ CRM you can make bulk updates to companies, contacts, leads and tickets.

This feature is really for things like:

- Reassigning contacts to another user
- Removing leads after an import that went wrong
- Deleting spam emails received via your web forms

This quick video tutorial explains how to use the bulk updates feature:

N.B. To clear a field so it contains no data select —null— in a drop-down field or type the word null in to a text field or date field (this will clear the time too). Please watch the video for an example (starts at 2 minutes 18 seconds).
